Full-Time Positions

The Director of Financial Aid directly supervises all employees under his/her direction. The Director of Financial Aid is responsible for the administration of all student aid programs and maintains signature authority on all financial aid funds. The Director will be responsible for the performance evaluations of all financial aid staff and will carry out other supervisory responsibilities in accordance with college policies and applicable laws. These responsibilities will include: interview, hire and train employees; plan, assign and direct work; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.

The Career Services Advisor position is instrumental in the execution and delivery of services offered by the Career Services Department. Through student/ graduate job search coaching and employer development/ qualified job lead generation it is the responsibility of the Advisor to place graduates in career objective employment.

The Allied Health Externship Coordinator position requires a highly motivated individual enthusiastic about working with students as they complete the final course of their program of study, the Externship. This individual must be highly organized with an ability to exeed deadlines.

Encourages prospective students to use higher education to prepare for professional success. Matching abilities and interests of the applicant with a career education program offered by the College, the advisor offers support, guidance and accountability throughout the enrollment process.

The overriding objective is to provide high quality instruction and create a high level of student satisfaction while assuring compliance with regulatory authorities and college policies and procedures.
